Sandwich: A fresh baguette--soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside, cubed yams (about a 1/2 inch), cilantro pesto, creamy mellow goat cheese and a little onion. De-light-ful. No pork on mine but I think you'd enjoy a slice of prosciutto. Buon'appetito!
